Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Perishable items (e.g., agar plates, mushroom cultures)
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and arrange for a replacement or refund.  

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.  

Return Eligibility

All returns and refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please check the product return eligibility before returning an item.

Unboxing Videos

For all returns and refunds, we require an unboxing video of the parcel. This video should clearly show the contents of the package and any damage or defects.
